Falling in with a Bad Crowd

Lamp started hanging around the wrong bars, and eventually got pressed into The Gang (see photo). The three embarked on a two-week crime spree which left a path ruin in their wake. After a desperate gunfight, Godfrey and Toby were taken prisoner at a ShoreStop in Eugene, Oregon (which is near Salem, the capital city of Oregon). Lamp escaped by disguising itself as, er, a lamp actually.

Sobered by this near capture, Lamp turned to the only one who could give him advice.
